changing IP Address each time

Hi guys

Im on SKY.......NIGHTMARE

im trying to change my IP Address everytime i switch my user accounts

im having no luck....i've followed everything on the forum, google, youtube
tried resets, loggging in to the router etc

i need someone on sky to point out WTF im doing wrong or reccomend what other router to get and how to crack my router

Get a mobile broadband usb, every time you use it to connect to the internet your ip changes. simple

I already know about these options but i get 1 bar signal so it is out of the equation

get talk talk the ip is dynamic and changes every time you reboot your modem

You could use your smartphone as the modem for wifi for your computer - then you get IP changes everytime you power off and on too.
