No, I use it every now and then to get IPs from other cities, but you need to get a better service, it is a pain in the ass to use dial up. 4G (via your cell or clear), comcast, dsl.. check whats out there
"I use it every now and then to get IPs from other cities"-- this is the main reason i still use it. ive been using it for a couple of years now and so far, non of my accounts has been linked/suspended for ip reasons. However, im tired of all the slow connection..how reliable are other faster services when running multiple accounts and changing ips? thanks

Comcast and cable - not bad, but somewhat a pain in the ass, you have to change the mac address on your router and reset your modem to get a new IP
DSL (I use century link may be different for other providers): new IP addresses are as easy as resetting the modem (ie no MAC address change required to get a new IP)
4g/cell networks: I have found no reliable way to get a new IP address 100% of the time
