Default Hughes Net IP Change
I have Hughes Net as my ISP. I did the steps in the stealth guide and changed my IP address. But it seems that my IP address changes everytime I power cycle my modem. Is this normal. I don't want to screw up the account I am about to make.

This is normal - means you have dynamic IP - good for stealth purposes - do this when you change accounts - keep track of IPs
