Default PDANet & U.S. Dongles

I was using PDanet and like always went to track my ip on IPBurger.

Thankfully, i caught that this ip address was in kansas, which is not 100 or 200, or even 500 miles from my stealth address. After double checking the guide, i knew this would be a problem.

Now, I am looking for an alternative such as dongles using a good friend a mine named google. I am looking for a nice obviously cheap way and plan to use dongles.

BUT...

seems like all the good offers and cool looking wirless dongles only exist in UK.
All the serious very expensive (ok not that expensive) dongles are in the US.

But, come on. For $30.00 a month i can pay another month phone bill which would give me another number to use for another stealth account, and probably do some usb tethering. Which i obviously do not want to do, because like i said before, the phone tethering option with PDAnet gives not very high quality IPs..

So... what are my options?

Please do not worry about the geo-location with this.

The IP location does not have to be right outside your front door.

It is perfectly acceptable to have a record showing you miles away.

What paypal & ebay want is the same user account & cookies when the account gets accessed.

You should not have issues.

Your concern should be a big enough IP pool. Inother words, many many many different numbers of IP.

earlier my location was 700 miles from where I am. Not a problem. This happens often.

Hope this helps, Rambo'

Now, I should be worried about a large enough IP Pool? Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Do i want many many many different numbers of IP?
