The issue is linking. You may or may not go down but yes, if one goes down - it CAN be that all will follow. Nothing is 100% with pp/eb - that being said, you want to miminize the risk of take down.

Regardless of whether you care about linking or not.

Well I have 1 pp legit with no problems registered on a cable dynamic IP but I will need at least another 2, i have 2 mobile Internet devices, but I have a problem, these are changing ip like 191.161.xxx.xxx and 121.381.xxx.xxx more than a normal dynamic ip, what can I do and use?

That is good - you can use all IPs if changing - keep a track on which one you use per account.

You need to create separate user ids for each stealth account 1 ebay / 1 Paypal per user ID to keep cookies separate, it's. good to have cookies from ebay and Paypal they like that rather than wipe all cookies between accounts this is done by separate user ID

2. You must change your IP between accounts this is I think the easiest way to link accounts by using same IP and always keep a log of all IPS so u dont ever use same ip across multiple accounts. By logging on with the same ip on different accounts may not shut you down by doing this once say by accident but if u don't quickly change IPS AND if u continue logging into same ip over multiple accounts u WILL BE LINKED and this will happen Quickly

So separate user accounts for each ebay/Paypal stealth and different ip for each stealth account, there area my other factors but these two steps are a must and are the easiest way to get LINKED

ALWAYS USE a new working phone number and new personal info on diff accounts. Never use same bank, cc, address , etc

Each account needs to be totally independent of each other no links.
Read the ebay stealth guide and really learn and understand it before wasting time and money by trial and error, these are some key factors above in linking but the stealth guide will cover everything

now this I am calling faq, very helpful, in my country paypal don't ask for phone number verification, I have 3 different computers, 1 cable dynamic ip address linked to my official paypal, and 2 mobile Internet devices with the problem that I am catching ooo. ooo. xxx. ooo those triple X the same, very very hard

If so why do all this work and watch them all go down within seconds together?

You might stay lucky for a while but if you have access to different IPs this can be avoided.

You are just asking for the "link clerks" at ebay and pp central to get their bonus money for taking down 4 accounts at one time.

I have but these are mobile Internet connections with a high country range, i can be now here, after that in a 1k km distance, and Paypal won't like this, i bet that, and on the cable ip I can't make another account cause I have my genuine one.

And i desperately need at least 2 pp accounts.

Plus I have all documents for another 2 pp accounts, for confirming everything, even for lifting limits

Already one went down like 8 months ago for a mistake I made, and all the others are fine. I guess the IP is not as important outside the US, from where I am using these accounts.

Also I have dynamic IP, it changes every 3 or 4 weeks.

Even if 1-2 digits are different - that's a new IP for the account...keep rest of operations nice and linkfree too

So wouldn't 3 accounts on 1 Dynamic IP address work if you reset your modem/router before using each account? Or do dynamic IP address spit out common IPs which make it not possible to use 1 Dynamic IP address?

Not the case all the time, depending on the lease on the IP address your ISP has assigned to your MAC address

Some routers you have to go into and manually change the MAC address for a new IP. Sometimes this is not possible, so other methods must be used, like a dongle.

set up a cheap vps hosting service, not a VPN.
