If I don't want to tether my phone...
Sorry if this post is redundant, but a few that I read that were related were closed threads from 2012.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note S3. I have a primary eBay account which is not suspended, and I want to create stealth accounts. I don't want to 'tether' my phone (mostly because I'm terminally technologically challenged and even after reading what 'tether' means, I don't quite understand it). When I am at home I use my desktop and my phone to surf the web (sometimes my phone goes into WiFi mode and most of the time it's using my Sprint data plan).
Can I get a first-grade explanation of how I can safely use my phone to check both my primary and my stealth accounts when I am away from home?
I know I will need to uninstall my eBay app. do I need to set up different user accounts on my phone just like the desktop? I have read that I need to clear cookies in my browser (I will google how to do that)--I'm assuming I need to clear them between switching accounts? It's everything else I'm not clear on.
I know that Each time your phone is turned off for ~5 seconds, and back on, it will connect with a new IP address, And/or; If you "Enable Airplane mode" / "Disable Airplane mode" - You'll have a new IP address. Q. So do I just keep a running tab of every IP that I've ever used with all the separate accounts?
Forgive my cluelessness, thanks.
