Static IP address - Best option?

I've come to the conclusion that I do indeed have a Static IP address.

What would you recomend the best options going to be to get my current one hidden.

I am only looking to run one e-bay account at the moment (Possibly may slowly increase) and can't decide the best option.

Currently considering:
VPN (Heard doubts about this)
Dongle
Router swap

Open to ideas, help would be appreciated

A dongle is an excellent choice.

Why are you leaning towards static? What are your future stealth plans?

Majority of users have found other options to use instead of a Static IP.

Dongles work well.

Im not 100% sure its static. will be checking this later (is it just a case of taking ip address then switchin router off and on then checking it again?)

I want to try other options than a dongle as im only after 1 mayb 2 accounts.

In my experience, if you are getting a Static IP, it will cost you a fortune. Most companies do dynamic because there is no ownership with users.

There were cases with cable providers using DHCP. Mac address binding was also a huge issues with Verizon customers in the Western states. This issue has not been seen with PPoE customers.

I also believe, other cable providers may have the same problem. Call your provider and ask them to reset mac address binding.

i tried the test again and it was different. maybe i didnt leave the router off for long enough
