IP address confusion, need help~

Hi, everyone here. I bought the eBay Stealth weeks ago, when I read it, I confuse in the IP address changing section.
Let's say, I am gonna create a stealth account now, and I have changed my IP address to 76.246.237.201 already.
Do I use the same IP address 76.246.237.201 to log in this stealth account for my life.
or do I change my IP address(change into 76.246.237.XXX not the same every time) every time when I log in my first stealth account?

Once your account get established IP address does not matter any more as for as your other account metrics are good.

If you can....and are able to...you can keep this IP for only this account.

The main goal - and why IP is tracked for stealth purposes - is to AVOID overlaping IPs across accounts

if it is possible to keep the same IP address, is that good to go on? If i change the ip every time before i log in, after hundrend times i log in, i would use hundred different ip address for this account. thank you every much.

What you are going to say about who has dial up connection? I have dial up and I don't know how many place I log on and never have problem because my other selling metrics are good.

For at least a 5 mile radius all of the mobile broadband ip's have been used up and banned by me.

Yes, all ip's on all networks.

So, does this mean that if anyone who tried to use their ebay or paypal within a 5 mile radius of me will get banned? In the 5 mile radius there are thousands and thousands of people as I live in a major city.

Also, I am stuffed as there are no more ip's here for me to use.
