Questions about IP address, router swap

Hello,
After I read the eBay Stealth, I marked some questions down, and I hope there is someone can answer me:

1, If I delete a user account of my computer and recreate it, does it have new cookies and flash objects setting?

2, is the IP address: 59.38.69.238 is different with the IP: 59.38.71.251 ? I use cable modem and router for connection, and ISP seems provide me dynamic IP, how I can control the IP if it's dynamic and change over times?

3, Regarding the router swap method, is that mean if I have only one broadband connection, and can I use different routers to connect different computers, and I have different IP address? I want more details about this method.

4, if I use router wap method, what should I do with the internet connection when I log in different user account?

1. Yes
2. Yes it is different and you will have to find the cable modems address on your network, log into it and release/renew for a new IP. Or sometimes turning it off and back on does the trick. depends on your Internet service provider.

Why are you wanting to router swap when you have a dynamic IP? Unless I'm missing something router swapping isn't necessary in your case.

Control it how? you mean you want to have the same IP always? If so you need to get either a VPS or VPN that can provide you with a Static IP for each Account.

What this method does is that it allows you to get a new IP every time you swap Modems.

Not sure what you mean here. If you go with the Modem Swap method then you need to LOG each IP Change.

The reason I want to swap router is I want to use couple computers under one broadband connection, and I want the computer has different IP withou restart the router over and over again, I don't know how to make this.

You have 2 options:
1. You can ask your ISP if they can "sell" you static IPs, If so they can then give you instructions on how to configure your Computers.

2. You can go the VPN/VPS Route...and No, I don't know of any for your Country, sorry.
