Router Questions - Help Please!

Hi Guys,
I have switched off my BT router overnight, it grabs a new IP address, when switched back on....but somehow I am still being bumped by Bidstart.com and Delcampe.net I have the Stealth Book, have used new User Id's, opened separate accounts on my computer, obviously different address details, etc. What am I doing or not doing, and are they picking me up on my Router (does a BT router have it's own verifying address?) Thank you for any help.

bumped by bidstart? they must be seeing your mac address

I dont think ebay does that or they would have got rid of my new account on a PC that had banned account on it few months ago

I totally wiped to factory settings and it is ok now I think

no not apple mac!!! mac address different its like a router code all computers have.

or find a copy of SMAC

that will display your active mac addresses, you can also edit them

if your using a modem or router, connect your p.c with cable
