Whats cheapest router modem ? Which is the best for router swap ?

Hey guys its me again..

I bought a router but I think i bought not the right one... cuz it didnt change my ip address when i checked on IPBurger.. so I have o2 Broadband and tomson router modem... and I think i have f***e d up cuz I bought a router without a modem :/ when i opened a box the belkin router ask me to connect to the modem and then I got pissed ! gad damm...

This is the one I bought:
