Just tried downloading from different websites, the portable version cannot open any webpage.

Just found the solution. In the failed case, I downloaded the very new versions like 54.0 and 55.0. When I switched to 50.0 version, it worked!! The problem may be the compatibility issue. Hope this be helpful for others with the same problem.

It would be very helpful if you can run all your accounts under the same user

can you just copy and paste the original "firefoxPortable" folder that you created after extracting?

with the ini file copied into root and edited to "true"

OR

Do you have to always extract the downlaoded file and follow the steps outlined again?

You can make a template and copy it whenever you need a fresh FFP for your new account

installing and then coping the FFP for each eBay/PP account didn't work for me. The copied FFP wouldn't open no matter what I did.

So in the end, I had to do an install for each FFP I wanted use for my eBay/pp accounts. Is this going to be a problem or is it just like coping from one FFP?

I have been using 4 FFP for 4 eBay accounts like this over 2 months.

it's just the same. but copying the FFP folder saves some time. but what you're doing is just fine.
