^^^ That's not true. I used my BOA debit card with a stealth account with no problems. The only thing that matched was the zip code.

Did you use your BOA debit card for Paypal to lift the spending limit and the only thing that matched was the zip code? Can you elaborate more... Thanks

Did the debit card lift the limit? I never tried using debit card.

A lot of people are recommending WaMu and BOA.

Now that WaMu is part of Chase, can you still use their online features to open up accounts?

Wamu will transfer you to Chase site. Opening chase account takes a little longer time and there is also some requirement.
