ioffer & paypal, please HELP!!!

I'm selling vero on ioffer for over a year now, the paypal i linked to this ioffer account was linked to a suspended ebay account. the paypal was in good standing, no limitation at all. i have used it on ioffer for over a year. today this paypal got limited and funds will be available after 180 days (it's maybe because i have 2 dispute in the recent 3 days)

i'm just wondering whether i can link another paypal account to this ioffer account, will i be linked by paypal? or i just send money request in paypal manually to my buyers without putting on the paypal account on ioffer?

please help me!!!

You will be linked and you might work ok for a bit, but never know when it will go down so that risk is up to you.

Manual request will work if your buyers accept. Over the long term, I would not say it's a reliable method but might as well give it a go.
