Ok..Will this work?

Ok, so I was just reading the Stealth Book again & wondering if this would work.
Sign up for auctiva, use their checkout with CCnow. Which it says you can accept paypal without having a paypal account.
But is CCNow a authorize.net provider?
Will this work to get around the need for Paypal??
