Default Best Merchant Account? MerchantPlus

I've been looking around for a good merchant account that I can use that integrates with ebay (a shopping cart/buy it now option would be nice) that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

If you've got any good suggestions I'm all ears.:o

I've been looking at Bidpay, Xoom, and Nochex. Anyone had any experience with these?

those are not merchant accounts. Them are payment processors.

If you want a merchant account that interagates smoothly with ebay(shopping cart included) go to:

yeah my sales isnt that high a month but my credit is very very bad! I told them my average ticket is $200 and monthly sales of about $4500 or so.

You should had told them your sales was lower and let them build trust with you

Also any merchant account will work with ebay as long as you use authorize.net as the gateway

merchant plus has a rate of 4.34% on unqualified cards which are business or rewards cards.

Bank of America I was quoted 3.15% for unqualified and 2.15% but you need good credit

I'm working on my own website through Citymax and they offer discount for merchant account . No setup fees and whatsoever but $10 statement fee per month and $20 Gateway fee per month for secure transaction and 2.29% plus .29 per transaction. and I'm expecting about $$6000 to $10 K sales through my own website, Ebay and other online auction websites. What do you guys think?? Should I sign up for it ??

oh I have paypal account but since my original one got suspended not that long ago.. I hate to be nervous about them limiting my funds. I 'm trying my best not to accept PayPal and I also accept, Googlecheckout ( Not on Ebay sales), Bidpay, Moneybookers, Western Union , Money Order and Cashier's check. Now I'm considering Merchant account. I am willing to do anything NOT to use PayPal and Ebay .. untill my website is up and running I still sell stuffs on Ebay as I still need to keep it going but more towards to other online auction sites and websites so that I have back up. What you guys think about that above mentioned merchant account?

No, it's not a shopping cart, it's a merchant account which accepts credit cards for you.
