PaySafe blocked my Skrill and Nettler - 10 000 euro !!! inside! they ignore me!
 

PaySafe blocked my Skrill and Nettler account for 1 month, ignore all my message and they want to keep my 10,000 EURO.

What happened? When bitcoin price started falling i was depositing my money into nettler and skrill accounts. why i did that? bitstamp and others companies had long waiting lines like 3 weeks + for withdraw and i was thinking they can go bankrupt.

I begun spending my money and everything was fine. Then there was 1 month not spending anything. then boom they limit me. i sent all the docs they required for source of funds but they were insisting me to send them all the conversations and all the recipes for the products i was buying!!! with i didn't liked it. anyway , they then closed my account in such a way I am NOT even ALLOWED to log in! They begun to ignore my e-mail also saying that their security team are doing routine reviews of my account.

What can I do in this situation? I never got any payment on nettler/skrill , only depositing bitcoins and buying.

First and foremost - are these stealth accounts, or are these your own actual accounts?

My own actual accounts. they just start ignoring me, and even blocked me to not be able to log in.

In which case I would speak to a law firm and get something in writing. Once you have that, they should start taking you seriously.

Right now I think they deem you extremely high risk given you've suddenly put through a significant sum of money through them.

How much something like that will cost me? I am from Romania, not UK. I don't want to loose even more to a lawyer :(

Speak to a legal professional. They'll quote you an hourly rate. A letter from them may suffice, who knows. It won't be cheap, but a legal recourse is all you can do right now, else you have 10k euros at stake.

Mate, number one advice, we all may hate banks, but what do we hate even more? Payment processors, those mother****ers will imit you if you keep your money there.

Skrill is known since last few years to close any account they want. I wouldn't recommend to save large amounts of money on it.
Also their support is just useless. They take like a month only for answering e-mails.
