Payvana is working on getting it set up for me, I also had to figure out how to add a "Return Policy" and "Privacy Policy" to my website as they require it., I believe you do need one if you have a business checking account, not sure.

Nah, not just to get a business checking account. Tons of businesses out there which don't deal in retail.
I was asked the same questions in regards to my eBay store when applying for my account though.
