Any updates on PayPals Limited 180 Days? Any Issues Withdrawing?
Okay, so I've read through the forums, and noticed there were some older threads on this topic....however, I was wondering if anyone had any updates? I've read horror stories of PayPal requesting ID after 180 days or never sending the withdraw email. Can anyone verify if the below:
1) Is ID needed to withdraw after 180 days?
2) Can a new bank be added after 180 days?
3) Have they been doing sooner than 180 days? My email says WITHIN 180.
4) Any issues that are new to withdrawing after a limitation?

Is that the email I should have received to start the 180 days? Thanks!
