Well indeed its a complicated situation.
Right now I am based in UK, there is someone I need to help to get the sales back.

So, to sum up what I have learned here:

1) It is easier to add a bank account to a stealth paypal account since the names and adresses of the bank account can differ from those in paypal account;

2) In order to add a cc, the address of a cc must match the address of the paypal account. The name can differ though.

Am I right?

One more question: I have an account that has been limited for a month now, can I log in to the account to see if anything has changed etc., or is it too risky and I should leave it until the 180 days passes?

It's quite a lot of money frozen in there..

Also, since my paypal account is limited, is it going to be okay regarding ebay fees for the month? Will ebay deduct the required amount from paypal as it used to do so?
