I have received this Email from Paypal, and they have deducted the pending amount from my account. Though, my account has been permanently limited since Jan 2017, and now the funds have been released for withdrawal after 180 days which was on 19th July 2017. Logged into the account and made a withdrawal of 2000 CAD into the bank account and on 4th Aug I receive this email and a negative balance with all of the amount deducted and transferred to Paypal already. I'm unable to understand why Paypal has deducted this much of amount from my account. Secondly, no proof has been provided by them for the penalty they have been charged with. Kindly suggest.
