Fuk paypal tried making stealth account today &

I was instantly limited. I used privacy.com to link account i read the guide follow all the steps & still didnt worked i would like to link up with someone who knows how to create stealth accounts without being tracked this is becoming a frusterating headache & the stealth guide i believe is out dated because paypal was very quik to end my parade.

Bad, don't use privacy.com

IPVanish was also bad.....you simply used bad VPN, an abused VPN.

Get a Better VPN and either use a Visa/MC Gift Card or buy a VCC from this forum.

The Guide might be out of date but that's why we have this forum, read till you get your answers.

IP does't matter, that ive learned. Have documents for the Stealth accounts you create and all problems would be solved

are you high? IP does matter, what if you get the IP of someone whose done something fraudulent or had paypals locked? Yours would be flagged too.

Everyone who has been linked via IP on this forum is proof, and where is your proof that PayPal doesn't care "anymore"? and if you consider yourself as proof then sorry, that's not enough.

Technically speaking - whether IP matters or doesn't matter depends upon the source of the IPs and the service your using.

Example - Using IPVanish as a VPN service is more likely to cause a limitation due to the small pool of IPs, the fact that their shared between users, and also because of the high rate of potential abuse of their service.

On the other hand, travelling around the world, using IPs from mobile network operators (Tethering, Dongle etc.) is less likely to cause limitation due to the large IP pool, and the rate of potential abuse being lower, or at least diluted by the amount of genuine users.

So to conclude - it depends. But the general consensus is, IP does matter.

First of all use a Dedicate IP don't give your account to anyone it may case change your IP.

2nd you have to star selling + buying with the range of 10-20$. Don't receive big amounts

at once
