hi , i m a new comer here , i started my ebay selling 4 months back with over the counter medicine in Canadian ebay account and Canadian paypal account. i got restricted for 3 times with warning in frist time and 3 days ban in 2nd time and one month ban in 3rd time, frist for the esomeprazole like nexium and second for the nexium brand and 3rd time with one month for weight reducing substance for 30 days from 21st of January to 21st of February
so i couldn't list new items and already listing items on there, once ebay warn me i remove those products and not going to list,(as in suspend period i was not able to list)
i wait till the end of restricted period on 21st of February,
on the day 13th of february i got a message from paypal as my account is limited permently
here the mail
We have recently reviewed your PayPal account activity, and determined that
you are in violation of PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy regarding your sales
/ offers of Omeprazole 20mg, Esomeprazole 40 mg and Lidocaine on ebay.com,
user ID: sweet

actually i did not done those things intentionally,
here examples they show me that 10$ and 20$ transaction items omeprazole is a acid reducing over the counter drug which is not banned by ebay and 7.5 item lidocane gell is banned one in last minute
as they mention esomprazole is ban in very beginning and that not tally with above examples
any way i was permently limited and 500$ limit for 180 days, actually i was very nervous and depress to call or mail them without a profer plan
if ANYBODY HERE TO GUIDE ME TO REPLAY A PROPER PALN WITH MAIL OR PHONE CALL TO PAYPAL,
PLEASE HELP FRIENDS FOR THIS POOR MAN
