Paypal account limited - Appeal denied
Hi guys,
I had my paypal account limited exactly two months ago since today. They wanted my proof of trading, so i provided it. After about 14 days, they put a limit to it stating that according to my selling activity on ebay, they will hold 15% of my daily income on a rolling reserve for 60 days.
Now just earlier this week, they put my paypal on limitation again and asked me to provide further information regarding my account. So I provided some proof of ID, Invoices, proof of postage etc. However, yesterday they emailed me saying they are initiating "closure of my account". When I logged into paypal, I could see the message "This limmitation cannot be appealed against". I am able to submit files to them, but it doesnt show a "Resolve" button or as to what files to upload as before. My ebay also displays an error message saying that my selling has been restricted due to current paypal issues.
Today is the 60th Day and my paypal has about £5300 on hold. According to the rolling reserve it should be released from today, but then again my limitation means that I cannot withdraw the amount.
Would ringing paypal be a good idea at this point?
Please help me on this situation.
Thank you
