Paypal Limited During 72hrs Withdrawal to Bank Account

Hi i did a withdrawal to my bank account which was a 72hr withdrawal same day paypal account was limited??? Any apparent reason this may occur or has this happen to anyone with a specific reason??? had over $800 sitting in there for 2 weeks and i transferred only $300

Was this your first time withdrawing funds?
What bank were you using?
What were the items sold?
Could be any number of reasons and would be difficult to figure it out without more info.

Wht's the email that they sent you in regards to the limitation?

Accounts over 6 months old first time withdrawing
wells fargo
yes 7 items sold software
they sent a letter saying i was selling piracy software which i do on a number of accounts but this account got the limitation
