PayPal limited during middle of bank withdrawal

Hi there, I have recently had my stealh account limited, but it happened right in the middle of a bank withdrawal. The withdrawal did show completed on the PayPal side but I am currently waiting for the funds to show up.
My question is, is PayPal able to cancek this transfer and keep the funds? Or will I get them because it has already gone through. Thanks

If it shows as completed in paypal, then the funds will likely appear in your bank account once the bank approves the electronic transfer. When the status is "completed" that means paypal has done everything on their end. Now the bank has to approve the transfer.

I say you will get the transfer.

If it is completed then it should show up in your bank but if it was pending then paypal would have already reversed that transaction.
