Bye bye paypal - limited before i even got payment

bye bye paypal. sold something sunday on a solid account i had for 2 years. buyer never paid for the item. week later saturday limited. call paypal wait is anywhere from 2 to 4 hours. i guess this is it for my buisness 3rd account in 2 weeks.

everyone is obviously getting limited. 2-4 hours wait for the past week LOOOOL
