Limited account $ available for withdrawal, but receiving error message when I try!!

So I received an email from Paypal stating that my funds are available for withdrawal on my limited Paypal account. I logged in and added a bank account, but whenever I try to withdraw the money Paypal gives me a message saying something like "we're sorry but we cannot process your request at this time." I called Paypal and they said that in order to bypass this error message I would have to answer public database questions which I don't know the answer to since it's a stealth account. This is absolutely ridiculous has anyone else had this issue???

I have the same problem on one of my accounts as well!

contacted PayPal said they fixed the issue and i could now withdraw, still getting the same message.

it's a real problem when it happens with a stealth account , you must note all the info about your stealth account so in case such problem happened , you'll be ready to fix it .

have you tried to get the info from your account somehow ?

happened to me, called them and they verified its me the owner and fixed it.

How do they verified you that you are owner? What questions they asked?

Try to initiate the withdraw via their classic site. Alternatively use bluestacks. If all else fails, call them again.
