Could be a glitch - I would wait a day - if it still does not work, you might have to call PP up and get ready to deal with CSR

Got same issue, paypal send email taht my funds are released, but unfortunately when I am trying to withdraw getting error: "Sorry we can't process your request this time" .
Any ideas how to solve?

U might be screwed. Next time, hopefully there is not a next time, u need to add a bank account before the money is eligible for withdrawal.
