I could relate with you in some term,

I lost more than $67K just because i was stupid enough to let them be there for that long.

First try to get a creative ID and wait for the time or even hire someone to call them and get them to work/add your bank where you can withdraw. Once the time is up just go ahead and withdraw. Give them a call if they need.
I know it just Sounds easy but its not.
Go ahead and get working with them on call and just keep doing it. They are assholes and just would refuse to allow you to get your funds whcih you can finally get once a single person decide to help you!

Question: Couldn't you refund and ask them/buyers/sender's to resend you the whole amount?

you dont have much of a choice,so wait 180 days and see if you can withdraw it.
There is a case of an Australian precious metal dealer ,it has a brick and mortar store in Australia and its own website but decided to sell on Ebay as well,accepting Paypal.
When Paypal locked up its account,it has $80k balance.
Paypal refused to release it,4 months later they hired a lawyer and finally got their money back but Paypal shut down their account.
Without Paypal,they cant sell on EBAY as their merchant account from Aussie bank cannot use one of the 3 gateways which work with Ebay.
never find out why Paypal restricts its account but around the same time,other precious metal dealers account were restricted as well,like some from Israel,it could be money laundering and ISIS funding???
But keeping 80K in Paypal account when one is engaged in a capital intensive business like precious metal does raise eyebrow????

If Burbur told PAYPAL the truth that it is a stealth account and I am the true owner and here is my true ID,and he got his money back.
Maybe this is a better approach,you may be be banned from PAYPAL but you get your money back.
why do people keep so much money in their Paypal account?
There must be reason,some are facing a divorce,bankruptcy,tax issues or like some would say we dont trust the bank !
next time,keep it under the mattres or safe deposit box

Got all the money back + compensastion + AFCA fined Paypal.

Very happy to read that you finally got your money + compensation.
This success in this "fight" will surely help our great community as its serious issue we are facing everyday unfortunately.

ebay removed 2 items for VERO and 1 body cream becouse they said needed a prescription.
after a month paypal suspended my account.
170 days later paypal stole all the money

They can say whatever they want in the legal contract. That does not mean it will hold up in court of law. That's where they back down. Take it from me.I even used a STEALTH name in the legal process and won compensation
