Paypal has limited my account and asked for invoices, etc. and one of the options is to send a fax with their specific barcode coversheet. Will they accept a fax sent through an internet service or do customers have to actually go to a fax machine and physically send the fax? Thanks.

Internet fax or physical does not matter... as long as they get it by fax, they don't care or check! I wouldn't send it from your home on a suspended number though!
Bah there are filters for PS to do it for you... I don`t hassle myself. I create an efax account that matches the ebay info, fax it this way, cancel the trial.
Voila!
To each his own I guess!

I also send at least 4 copies. paypal are known to say they did not get one copy: x4 copies & one at least will go through

I'll fax my documents twice, every 5 days, until I get an email that confirms they received them. They don't always let you know though, I've had accounts that were restored less than a WEEK after faxing papers, and for some, took WEEKS, even months...
eBAY is very unpredictable. Just like women actually...
