Please i need someone who can help me to unlock and recover my account
even by providing these ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information

plz plz plz i got money on it...can somebody help me :(

Theres nothing anyone can do to help.
Bottom line is you need to provide them with the info theyre asking for to even stand a chance of getting the account back - and even then theres no guarantee youll get it back.

Risky digital sales - you can provide everything PP is asking for but, sadly, they are not known to reinstate for the large part.

I've had this situation before and by sending the required docs that PayPal needed, I fixed the problems.
