Real pp business account got perm limited, in it was my bank's chequing account. Can still dispute. In the process of disputing a few, it seems to go through but then gets filed as Under Review.
So I set up a new pp account, went on a VPN in Canada, sticking to it. Used a revolut card. It was working.
Then for some reason it stopped working and threw this message at me: "Please add a payment option". So I went and send the 2 verificaiton transactions to my savings account in my bank. It still keeps asking me to "Please add a payment option". I call, get directed to the filipino call center. They tell me the system for some reason isn't letting the transaction go through. I tell them that it's for every transaction. They're clueless about the situation, as I'm sure they don't have the answer in front of them either.
Clearly the system picked up on something.
So I went to my other bank today and got myself a new debit card. I haven't linked this bank to either my old paypal nor my new one. I think it'll work. I'm not sure. I'm going to try to open a pp but I don't want to burn this bank account either. I'm not sure how to proceed.
