PayPal security Check problem

Hello all i added a new phone number in paypal. Butt unfortunately it's not showing up phone security check. I need to add a bank on paypal to withdraw my funds 180 days has been passed. Can anyone one have a knowledge regarding this issues. How long have to wait or any tips to resolve this as soon as possible paypal country is USA thanks.

if your PAYPAL account is an USA account,then you can link a US bank to transfer money or ask for a bank check mailed to your US address

It takes a minimum of 2 months to update your phone number in order to go through a security check. Check every month until you spot your new phone number.

If you have just added phone number to get passed the security check when trying to add bank account you will need to wait a while before you can use it for the security check, last time that happened to me i'm sure it was only a few days, think i set it to primary and verified it via text
This is in UK though, Steveo036940 says 2 month, really
