Limited account - PLEASE HELP !
Hello,
We are a small family business that sells DIY products through PayPal, 12 days ago PayPal limited our account due to sales growth and we uploaded all the requested documents immediately. since then there is no update or any answer from them when the review will end. 12 days passed.
Because of the limitation, we can't make any payment to our supplier and all the orders are not dispatched because of that...many angry customers and disputes, store basically on HOLD.
Initially, they said that review process will take 72 hours, then someone from support told me 5 business days and every time that we contact the customer service by email they say that they forwarded our case to the limitation department and they will contact me in 24 hours - but it's not happening!
Our business really damaged because of that and we don't know what to do.. guys please help someone if you have any advice about how to contact them or any other person from PayPal that can sort this out.
