Default 190 days passed and still can't withdraw funds

190 days have passed and I still can't withdraw funds from my limited EU Paypal account.

I read on this forum that you're supposed to receive an email once the 180 days have passed. I still haven't received any email.

When I login to the account and try to withdraw, I get an error saying: "There’s an issue with your account, You can contact us for help resolving it."

When I click on the notification about resolving my account problem, I get the "You can't use PayPal anymore" page.

I sent them an email last week and still haven't heard from them. I have a verified bank linked to the account.

Is this normal?

you need to call be prepared for an id verify request

I've tried calling the support number in my account several times. It accepts my support pin, however, after some hold time a recording says all their phone lines are closed.

I also called the US support number (18882211161) and was unable to reach an agent. My support pin didn't work and a recording told me they cannot assist with my account over the phone.

It looks like many of their callcenters are currently closed due to covid19 issues. But I don't understand this, their agents could work just from home.
Anyway, keep trying.
