Second chance? Permanently limited account
Hey all, I just recieved this email about my permanently closed PayPal account. It was closed due to me not being able to submit real identification documents when hitting the EU limit. It’s been permanently limited for about 18 months.

If you are submitting a credit card or bank account statement to us, please
ensure that the name and address on the statement match the information
registered on your PayPal account -- unless otherwise specified.For further
instructions on how to restore your PayPal account access, please log in to
your account. Be sure to log in securely by opening a new browser window
and typing the PayPal URL.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your
understanding as we work to ensure account safety.
In accordance with PayPal's User Agreement, your account access will remain
limited until the issue has been resolved. Unfortunately, if access to your
account remains limited for an extended period of time, it may result in
further limitations or eventual account closure. We encourage you to log in
to your PayPal account as soon as possible to help avoid this.
We thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Please understand
that this is a security measure intended to help protect you and your
account. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I’m very confused and logged into the account to see that I can submit documents again.
