Everytime PAYPAL LIMITS ME, they reverse all the payments I sent to get money out.

How can I avoid this?
I tried calling them to say transaction was legit but they say you have to send in SSN to get unlimited first.

Also I have used about 5 different sources to send money to, and none of them are other paypal accounts.
So its not just one source that's doing it.

There has been very few accounts where they dont reverse, but most do.

Paypal reverse all the payments you sent since the first payment you sent after you credited that paypal?

Yes they do on several accounts.
Most time just say paypal inquiry, but of course if you dont provide ssn to get unlimited then it will be reversed final.
