PayPal stole my balance

Paypal has stolen 5.497 US$ from my account after 180 days waiting to release them they say now that my Balance belongs to them...I have been scammed by Paypal...all my Ebay sales has been robbed.

Nobody here can help. If you believe they are wrong and you have not broken their AUP then seek legal advice.

If the acct is a stealth one then then legal action is not an option cause you broke their ToS all along.
Unfortunately under their policy they can take your money f they deem you broke their AUP policy. Sad but true...

You must have gotten an AUP type suspension, haven't you?

Not much can be done on the forum side for you OP :( legal try or keep e-mailing various pp contacts and keep pushing. Best of luck.

Lot more info is needed from you to better understand your situation e.g. what you were selling? amount of sale? How old account? Why, what, etc
