Hello, I created a brand new eBay account and a brand new PayPal account, the strange thing is that after three days I sold a product for $650, which is instant payments with no hold for 21 days and the money was withdrawn to my bank successfully at the same time also everything becomes I sell it for cash immediately available I wonder how this happened and will it happen if I open a new account and how do I make my account like this without hold

Sounds like a glitch to me - and one Ive seen plenty of times in the past.
Note the 21 day holds can be slapped on the acct at any moment.
