Default They limited me on my VACATIONS - pp give me a break ...

Hi guys,

Went for vacations to a neighbour country and as a fool logged to my PP to check some stuff.
All the care taken with IPs logging all the year just to do this foolish thing, should have
imagined they would have limited my paypal to "protect you from possible unauthorized loging"


Allright. They asked 3 things

1- proof of adress
2- change password
3- change security questions

OK with 1... scanned a bill and went trhough

then they asked "change your password and securites Q from a known computer as your home's computer"...

allright I logged with my home's computer from my vacations place and changed that stuff (thanks LogmeIN)

But now its still limited and dont know how to proceed, since if I go to the Resolution Center, all the
steps requered shows as completed (green tick sign), and there are no more links to click to ask again
for account review....


HOT TO PROCEED?

Paypal please let me have some beach time in peace, won't ya!!! enough headaches u give me through the year lol

It not automaticly lifted.You have to wait couple of days for a paypal man to review the document and lift you manually.I think the waitting time may longer if its holiday.

They already answered, and said
"We are sorry, we cant restore complete access to your account


"Log in from a secure computer and change password and sercurity Qs"

But I never went through those questions when I changed password.

You just said you changed the password only. Change the security questions also......
