 paypal limited do I have to give them exactly what they are asking?
One of my accounts was limited yesterday, last night I obtained everyting they asked for and sent it to them. a utility bill, a copy of the social security card (they gave the option to prove not confirm), invoices, confirm location, proof of address, provide more info about payments.
Now the list reads :
confirm location: accepted
Bank statement: accepted
invoices: submitted
phone: complete
Social security number: submitted
provide more info about payments: complete
and where it asks for a utility bill it says : Not accepted, please resubmit. This was not accepted because it did not provide the requested information.
Then I get an email :
Your account access limitation cannot be lifted at this time. Upload or
fax a copy of your driver's license/passport. Please make the copy of this
as large and as light as possible.
Upload or fax a copy of a current utility bill. The bill must show your
name and address exactly as they appear in your PayPal account. We were
unable to accept the previous bill you sent.
In place of a utility bill, we will accept a copy of a cell phone bill,
insurance papers, doctor's bill or invoice, tuition statement, tax document
or any other official document that helps us verify your residency at the
address listed on your PayPal account.
To have your Social Security number manually confirmed, please complete the
steps below:
A copy of the email received
To verify the address, attach either:
A proof of address (current utility bill) showing the address; or
A copy of driver's license
* The address must match the address on file with the PayPal account
To verify identity attach EITHER:
A copy of Social Security card; or
A current pay stub displaying your complete SSN
***Please do not alter or cover any of the information on these
documents.***

I guess there really is no way around the SSN requirment? bc they are still asking for it , after I sent a copy of the card.
