My paypal limited now but ebay id work fine. this paypal not linked on ebay id. Can i use another paypal to receive money? Thanks!

They are still soft linked. You can use another one for now but they'll eventually go down because you are not familiar with how to get around their radars via stealth methods. Read more on this forum and think carefully before going to the next step.
