I had an account with 3k held for 180 days but they emailed me after 120 days saying it was available for withdrawal, transferred it straight into the account that was registered, no problem
I have many paypal accounts frozen, it is true that after 6 months, you can withdraw your money even if you have a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ identitiy and if it is, do you have to put a different bank account(never used with paypal) before you can withdraw

I understand that's after 180 from PP limited. You can withdraw it with add real bank account for withdrawing. But my paypal is stealh account and I am not in USA. Is any body know how can I do for get my fund? My account had been limited over 180 days. PP send me e-mail to do with draw but I cannot.
If it's stealth obviously the check would be under john does name and when u try to cash it. U won't have a real ID and therefore can't cash it...pointless
