Same way with google checkout, or bluepay for example. The thing is, with a direct merchant account, the credit check is done up front. With paypal, they do when you hit a certain volume.

Another account will have to be made with a new address, ip address, seperate cookies, flash, and a new bank account and credit card. This is assuming it's a sellers account that will accept payment. The name can actually stay the same.
