I have about $100k locked in ppal account. I'm looking for legal actions against them, or at least get an exact answer why they closed the account. Anyone have similar problems or wants to hear news on the action, let me know.

I don't think you are the first or the last one with this problem with such amount.
$100K is a large amount of money to keep in paypal, so it is partly your mistake....what were you thinking? :nono:

I don't usually leave more than 5-6K per paypal account.
I don't currently mind having to wait 6 months for 5k or even 10k but 100k is a different story!

Go stealth....its fairly easy when you get used to it, and it works.

Happy to report that all my accounts (around 20 now) still go strong.
I have not had a limitation for over a year, and I will soon open even more accounts...

This may work for small volume sales, and it is very risky as you rely on honest buyers. Once you refund, you have no way of retrieving the money if the buyer disappears.

I'd rather borrow the money from my sister or the bank if I have to, and wait the 6 months. Cheaper and safer :pop2:

We have high volume of money coming in. About 100k per month and I was wondering would stealth be enough to sustain the account in good standing?
my current account that's limited really had no other issue. From what I hear, they just lock accounts with high amt of $ going out of paypal.

20 is around my number too its good number to stick with. I live by one saying

One goes down ...make 3. If you make 3 accounts for everyone that goes down you'll be fine when some go down and thy always do

$100k will work as good as a $20k or a $50k account.
The best thing to do is open more than one stealth and spread the money between them. :juggle:

We all know there are ways around SSN (Canada???) or EU (not UK) country with US account is also possible if you do it right :spy:
As for EIN, can u not have 3 companies?

Do you sell on ebay or on your own website? If you have your own website it is possible to spread the payments to as many PP accounts as you want very easy without PP tracing you doing so. :ninja:

Also open alternative sites accepting Google checkout, Alertpay, Moneybookers,or any other reliable processor.

Start semi-slow carefully with your PP accounts and be ready with the documents.. basically behave normal! :pop2:

Yea your right, it wont work in every situation. But as of today I received all of my $1400 and paypals 21 day hold was till October 18th. So I actually got my money alot faster.

I just was extra polite too all my buyers, told them straight up what happened and pretty much EVERYONE understood. They understood because they all pretty much been in the same situation or knew some one who has.
This technique isnt really gonna work for someone with a website or 100k in their account, but for a small / medium ebay seller it worked fine.

Hi, I've been suspended with paypal and had to wait 180 days to withdraw my money.Now the 180 days passed and when I went to withdraw them they didn't give me all the money they still kept money in my account.They charge me fees for withdrawing my money. Please can anyone tell me how I can withdraw the rest of my money without them charging any fees.

All info added to a limited pp can't be deleted as you have limited access to your account.
Go on, create a new account & never use any data that are on a limited account. They keep info indefinitely...

can you add the bank account which you had used it for the last limited paypal account?

No, Paypal will link the 2 accounts together, and you will lose both accounts

So when the 180 days are up which in my case in only a few days time, you have to add a bank account to withdraw the money? cant you use the bank account thats already linked with that account? ,I have a couple of stealth accounts but obviously wont that link them to the account thats limited and has the held fund in?? , I have heard paypalsend you a cheque, is that true?

Not sure about UK but for withdrawing, sure you can use the bank account that is ALREADY on the SAME pp account provided that the account is active.

In my case, I was limited for transferring more than 2500 € per year, today is 190 day till limitation, and nothing happens.

Is normal thhis kind of delay?

ill add my 2 cents to this since ive had two different scenarios play out lately.

#1; account limited dec 29 2011 for "suspicious activity, we need more info blah blah blah..." they wanted everything, ssn, phone bill, cc statements, urine sample. NEVER got an email saying i would get my funds after 180 days. well, today is exactly 180 days and i just got the email saying i could get my money.

#2; had another limited about 2 weeks after the other one. that one was nuked, and i DID get the 180 day email. after 90 days i sent the email asking for my money since i had no complaints. said there was no reason why they should hold my money for 180 days. followed this article How I Convinced PayPal To Release My Funds | Learn Success The Easy Way. they told me i had to wait the full 180 days. i replied saying i would start the complaints. i also said i would be willing to take half now and half in 180 days. they agreed. so i got the half after 90, and have two more weeks before i get the other half

scenario #2 i wasnt so worried about since they said i would get it after 180. it was #1 that had me scared to the tune of $5k. my plan is to have the money sent, transfer it to another account, and then close the account so they cant yank it back

You have supervisors to talk to? We don't (Australia)
 

I have tried to speak to supervisors before...but all our call agents are from India or such, and although their English is reasonable, as soon as they do not understand, ie I wish to speak to your Supervisor, or Why has my account been limited? Of course, they do not understand..and we get nowhere.

I got rid of a real fraud on Ebay..and lost big percentages for that, still proud I did itTaken me 2 years to get my ratings back to 100%. Now I have oone person leaving bad feedback, when they have never, ever purchased from me?

Now the trust and safety team, or the lawyers...Paypal guarantees mean they gobble the money until you settle it yourselves (usually to sellers disadvantage).

A friend of mine from China lost $2,000 worth of goods to a lady in the USA...
that was probably 4 years salary to my friend...... I do not know how this thief can sleep at night.......

Guessing this still all applies? After 180 days I can add another bank acct and get my money?

So how much money can actually be taken into your paypal account each month without becoming limited? Bare in mind that this will be a new account for me now.
