Is it true that PayPal cannot view any of your bank account information? I ask because when you request PayPal Debit Card, you must provide the address information linked to your bank account to MATCH EXACTLY the same physical address they mail the Debit Card to. So doesn't this mean that PayPal can view your bank info?

Maybe no-one answered because the answers are on the forum.
paypal can not view your bank information. paypal know only the bank number & account number. That said some banks have shared info with paypal. Some banks do not like different names. Presumably you are past that problem.
As for obtaining the debit card, are you aware that at the very least an SSN is required as well?
