Doing some manner that will make selling and buying on ebay a nightmare, this is unacceptable. All people will not buying anymore since seller will not shipped the item. Please tell how buyer want to shipped the item since we don't have the money but need to send the item that we bought our own money at the 1st place.

paypal do not realise money even after 180 days
hi guys
i have 2 account at paypal that were limited 190 - 193 days ago and paypal did not give me the option to withdraw my money yet.
I am going to call them tomorrow and if they try to scam and run away with my money, i am going to sue them in my countries' court. Has anyone ever had this experience?
In my opinion, paypal has no right to keep my money forever. At the end, i have delivered stuff to the customers and money has to be released.
I will liek to hear your voice on this matter.

19 more days to wait. The 180 days would then be complete. Am I going to receive the email, exactly after 180 days?
:3 The only thing I have to do is confirm my location, but I am lazy and scared to make the situation worse. I am also not verified. Anyways 19 days, I won't die. :P |

Call and tell PP you do not want to provide them your info. Then ask when you will get your money, most likely the rep will start your 180 days. |

I don't know if this applies to all...
but for one of my past paypal accounts that got limited, I was informed that even though it says 180 days, if there are no disputes on my account, that I could call back within 90 days and have it released. There is also a stipulation that there has to be less than 1000 in the account. I am not sure of the exact number, but it worked for me. I called back in 90 days and it was released so I could withdraw.
I now have another question. My account (pp) got limited, yet there is no mentioning of the 180 days or that it is closed. It just says I can't appeal the limitation.
So what are my options? I am planning on calling again tonight and see if I can sweet talk someone. |

This problem that the sellers are having except the powerseller, aparently those suspensions of 180 days are been applyed to accions buy with our money,I recommend if you are using peipal to sell our products, start moving your money earned to your banck account., leaving only no more than $100.00 or $150.00 and only give your account no. to peipal, Dont send photocopies of your personal documents, remenber of identy theft, nobody knows for real those thieves hiding behind the name of peipal. |

This is the first time I experience a permanently limited by PayPal after I just got suspend from eBay.
If my account will release after 180 days and my credit card link with paypal are expired, what should I do? I used vcc and it'll expire on July.

| dont worry about it. the card is toast. when the 180 is up, if you dont already have a bank account attached, attach one and withdraw to that. that is the most simple thing you can do.
yes they allow you to attach a bank account in any name after the 180 days. why? b/c they do not know what name is on the other side of the account.

| You know what we have the same problem.Paypal held my over $750 last October and I wonder because I cannot lift the limitation becuase they say this Appeal has been closed.I was so shock and was so dissapointed with paypal because I have been calling them and spending money over the phone but still they cant do anything for my money.They say I should wait 180 days but I'm not sure if there going to send back the money to me.6 months is not ok to wait for the money that you work hard for.Does Paypal really send the money after 180 days? |

they dont send the money anywhere but there is no hold on the money after 180 days. you have to go onto paypal and request where the money needs to go.

Ive just sold an item on ebay and my paypal account is limited so the buyer has no way of sending me money nor can i list more items! since having a limited account in the past Ive had a few paypal accounts and they keep linking all of them back to me, even with different IPs, different credit cards, phone numbers, addresses....its crazy!
ALL I WANT IS A PAYPAL AND EBAY ACCOUNT THAT WORK!

Well there is a GOD, I finally got my check from Paypal after 180 days of having them dangle my money in front of me. I can only imagine how much interest those son's of you know what made off of me. |

I've tried to withdraw and added my local bank account, different name on PayPal and Bank Account. And after 4 days the money was not clear to my bank account and return back to PayPal, the money was deducted by $30.
