Paypal limited--no option to refund after days

My paypal was limited, but I do NOT have the option to refund. i think paypal recently implemented a "no refund" policy on limited accounts, because just a couple weeks ago I was able to refund off a limited account.

This is a pretty large amount we're tlaking about, over 2500 dollars (legally made and earned). I was able to refund this payment before to another stealth pp account before they limited it.

What are my options here? I just need to refund the payee, and have them send it via another payment method...

If you need to refund and you cannot do it via your account, you MUST call up pa yp al and an agent will do it manually - no problem - I have done this before.

Called paypal... told me that the account holder is DECEASED and that they will require account holder ID and social to do ANYTHING.

DECEASED?!??

LOL...

What shall I do? I don't mind having to wait for the money, but will they allow me to withdraw after 180 days like I've seen on other threads? If so--how can I get the ticker running?

How much are you trying to refund and why is this refund going to allow you to get this money out of the account? If the money is going back to the buyer's account.

What do you think the PP account was limited?
