PPal limited 18 months no money

My limited paypal account is over 18 months and paypal still don't allow withdraw.

Call paypal and ask them what the problem is or email them by logging into your paypal account and click customer service or find the link inside your paypal account and email them.

Welcome to the forums - this is odd - I would call them up first and see what the issue is.

Did you get the 180 day limitation notice from paypal.. If not they are probably still waiting for you to upload the requested information.. either way call them and ask or email them.
